We are seeking a dynamic and capable Spa Manager to oversee our deluxe spa centre. This role is a key leadership position, directly responsible for driving sales performance, managing spa operations, and ensuring the highest standards of customer service. The Spa Manager will also work closely with senior management to make decisions on ad hoc matters and play a core role in our spa management success. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop spa staff to achieve service excellence and business objectives, ensuring a high standard of customer care. Monitor spa performance and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and treatment offerings. Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, including staffing, scheduling, service standards, and facility maintenance. Provide hands‑on support and guidance to team leads, consultants and therapists, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Work closely with senior management to make timely decisions on operational or business issues. Address ad hoc matters efficiently and with sound judgment, ensuring seamless spa operations. Act as the core liaison between frontline staff and management, facilitating clear communication and alignment with business goals. Maintain a visible presence in the spa, demonstrating leadership and promoting a customer‑centric culture on the floor. Support staff training, coaching, and performance reviews, cultivating a strong team committed to exceptional service. Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to ensure effective recruitment, retention, and operational practices that support a thriving spa environment. Requirements Proven experience in beauty centre/ spa management Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage frontline staff Hands‑on and customer‑oriented, with passion and professional knowledge in beauty treatments and machines Results‑driven with a strong track record in achieving sales targets Flexible, proactive and able to handle ad hoc issues independently Proficient in English & Chinese #J-18808-Ljbffr
