Your creativity and spa expertise drive our new exciting future health and wellness initiatives Utilise your business acumen and financial analytic skills to drive Spa revenue Key Accountabilities Prepare and implement both an annual operating budget and a 5-year CAPEX for Spa and Health Club respectively. Monitor monthly financial performance incorporating proposals as required to ensure performance is as expected. Review daily revenue and forecast monthly revenue for Spa and closely monitor bottom lines and flow-through for both Spa and Health Club. Effectively integrate the Spa within the Hotel Marketing strategy by creating the marketing plans and strategies, and to ensure collateral, point of sale and digital promotions reflect the quality and integrity of the Peninsula brand and are reviewed and updated weekly with online channels. Ensure all staff receive necessary induction and ongoing training to allow them to carry out their role Grow Health Club Membership to achieve the double-digit consolidated profits.
