Sales Co-Ordinator

Established in 2001, Tasiatoys is a Hong Kong-based toy manufacturing company with a dedicated team of 15-20 professionals. We design and produce high-quality toys distributed to retail stores and online platforms across Europe, North America, and the Asia Pacific region. As we continue to grow, we are seeking qualified and motivated individuals to join our team. Responsibilities Follow up customers' inquiries and coordinate with customers for order processing, including quotation, samples arrangement, document preparation and etc. Address customers' concerns and resolve issues in time. Support sales persons in various sales activities, including sales administration, ERP process, order monitoring and etc. Conduct sales report, maintain customer and product database to facilitate sales functions. Participate in diverse marketing projects including market research, showroom setup, events and exhibitions. Contribute to business projects and take on ad hoc assignments as needed. Requirements Diploma holder in any discipline, preferably in Business or related discipline. Minimum Grade E or above in English (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE, or Level 2 or above in English in the HKDSE, or equivalent. At least 2 years of working experience in related position in related international trading or retail industry. Good Command in English and Chinese. Proficiency in MS office application (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Chinese word processing. Self-motivated, attentive to detail, voluble, able to work independently with strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills, presentable manner, outgoing personality, and a team-oriented mindset.
