About the role Co-Vision Hong Kong Limited is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Manager/Executive to join our team in Lai Chi Kok, Sham Shui Po District. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and nurturing key client relationships to support the company's strategic business objectives. What you'll be doing Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets and expand the client base Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients Prospecting for new business opportunities Preparing sales proposals, presentations and reports to support the sales process Providing feedback and insights to improve sales processes and customer experience What we're looking for 2 years sales experience, experience in the Ophthalmic/Spectacles industry would be an advantage Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with clients Ability to analyse market trends, identify opportunities and develop effective sales strategies Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills to handle complex client requests Proficient in MS Office Applications Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese & Mandarin Position is based in Hong Kong but will be expected to have occasional business travel to Mainland China Immediate availability is preferred Application Questions Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Hong Kong?
