About the Role To cope with our growth with digital empowerment, we are now looking for experienced Sales Executive who are passionate in co-creating excellent customer experience with us thru digital technology. We also offer social media marketing training for our team as well. Our Support to the Role ZIPP will map a list of our existing clients to the Sales Executive and they will be responsible for helping these clients to plan for and formulate a better wealth management strategy. Also, ZIPP has its own client outreach team to assist the Sales Executive for prospecting and then will distribute the prospects accordingly. Responsibilities Assist in establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met. Assist in the preparation and execution of investment proposals and presentations. Monitor and manage client portfolios, providing regular updates and performance reviews. Act as a liaison between clients and Marketing to co-create digital innovations and execute our digital marketing initiatives in order to serve our customers better. Required Skills Minimum of 1 - 5 years of experience in wealth management, client service, operations or sales support. Strong understanding of financial products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Detail‑oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Passionate about social media marketing for driving customer excellence.
