Roles & Responsibilities Lead a team of network architects and network engineers to manage and operate IT network & security platform. Ensure network architecture is compliant with company standards and follows industry best practice. Lead the strategic direction, design, planning and development of IT network technology & enhancement. Build a robust operations model that drives IT network availability. Account for and ensure high availability of IT network services to prevent interruptions to customer‑facing systems or company network services. Work with stakeholders and align with different departments and teams on the expectations of the IT network services provided. Set transparency on the services to help departments and project teams plan better. Drive an action‑based and outcome‑driven mindset within the team to improve IT network availability and performance. Define clear KPIs for the team to follow and measure deliverables and performance. Re‑engineer network operations processes. Drive automation on IT network provisioning and management. Streamline operations by redesigning procedures and adopting automation tools. Improve accuracy and reduce manual effort required for new projects and tasks. Inspire a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Create an atmosphere where team members can raise creative ideas and learn from problems to keep improving projects and daily operations. Develop and uplift the capability of the team. Provide insights and opportunities that support learning and growth. Requirements Degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related discipline. Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in network administration and infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Strong knowledge of network architecture, firewalls, VPNs, routing, switching, and cloud networking solutions. Proven experience managing large enterprise‑level networks and implementing IT security measures. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager.
