Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries regarding service capacity, quotations, tenders, reporting status, report contents, and complaints. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and provide excellent after‑sales support. Coordinate with laboratory staff on test projects to ensure proper job management and timely delivery. Prepare and review service reports, quotations, and tender documents. Follow up on customer requests and ensure smooth communication between internal teams and clients. Assist in monitoring project progress and resolving any issues promptly. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction. Assist with ad hoc duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications Higher Diploma or equivalent in Science, Business Administration, or related discipline. HKDSE certificate holders and fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime when required. Proactive, well‑organized, and possess excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Open to new challenges, including detailed and essential tasks. Good command of written English. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other PC applications. Candidates with less experience or qualifications will be considered for the Assistant Customer Service Executive position. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
