We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Executive Assistant to support the COO and assist with People and Facilities Management tasks. This role involves administrative coordination, scheduling, and basic procurement duties. Key Responsibilities Support to COO: Manage the COO’s calendar and organize meetings. Prepare meeting materials and maintain records. Handle petty cash claims and assist with internal meeting arrangements. Support to People Team: Maintain monthly meal records and handle catering related duties. Assist in staff events and birthday gifts, including petty cash handling and related purchase orders in SAP. Manage orders and inventory for uniforms, stationery, and other supplies. Support to Facilities Management: Issue notices for cleaning and pest control schedules. Coordinate staff parking arrangements. Assist with basic administrative tasks for facilities. Requirements Previous experience in administrative or executive support roles. High level of integrity and ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive matters. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams; SAP experience is an advantage. Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
