HONGKONG-Foreign trade Sales Representative Job Responsibilities Independently manage overseas customer relationships, business negotiations, and communication to ensure seamless order execution from inquiry to delivery. Skillfully operate mainstream B2B e-commerce platforms (e.g., Alibaba International Station, Amazon), responsible for product listing, optimization, promotion, and video content production. Proactively utilize Google and social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) for multi-channel overseas client development and market expansion. Efficiently handle daily overseas customer inquiries, quotations, sample shipments, and client visits. Oversee order fulfillment, coordinate pre-sales support and shipping processes, independently prepare customs declarations and trade documents, and assist with after-sales follow-up. Assist in translating and organizing product specifications, technical documentation, and marketing materials. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in the antenna, electronics manufacturing industry (e.g., automotive parts, communication equipment), or AI-related products (e.g., AI toys/AI devices), with a proven track record in independently exploring overseas markets, attending exhibitions, and managing customer inquiries. Extensive sales experience is preferred; established distributor/channel resources will be a strong advantage. Proficient in operating mainstream B2B platforms such as Alibaba and Amazon; experience in product listing, optimization, and video content creation is highly desirable. College degree or above, CET-4 or equivalent, with strong English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills. Preference will be given to majors in English, International Trade, or Electronics. Japanese language skills are a plus. Familiar with social media operations and inquiry management, capable of systematically following up with clients and closing sales. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Outgoing, passionate about international trade, quick learner, self-driven, resilient under pressure, and responsible.
