Overview The English Schools Foundation is seeking a Senior/HR Executive – Projects (HRMS & Analytics) with Workday project experience. ESF HR is implementing Workday for a digital transformation and is expanding its HRMS project team. The role involves working with the Workday team and HR/Finance colleagues to gather business requirements, design workflows and data analytics, and participate in system configuration, testing, and delivery of this transformative system. Role Details Work with the HR Project Manager to lead HRMS project activities from design to go-live, ensuring activities meet project timelines. Engage with ESF teams to gather business requirements and translate them into system technical requirements. Collaborate with the Workday direct service team to prepare data, design, configure, test, and deliver the system. Develop test plans and scenarios to ensure system functions meet ESF needs and expectations. Generate analytic reports/queries to support project implementation needs. Design and deliver comprehensive training sessions to ensure user adoption, provide ongoing support, and continuously improve training programs. Requirements 4-6 years of hands-on experience in Workday projects, with experience in Workday configuration, implementation, and maintenance. Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Human Resources Executive role. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Information Systems or a related discipline. Familiar with Hong Kong’s Employment Ordinance. Self-starter and team player with an analytical mindset. Strong analytic skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Committed to delivering high-quality work and handling confidential information with discretion. Ability to present/communicate clearly and precisely.
