General Overview As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for a range of duties. The list of responsibilities and requirements below is a general overview. More detailed information will be posted when and as an opening arises within the Human Resources department at ESF. General Responsibilities: Execute day-to-day tasks related to teaching staff and EA recruitment, interviews, contracts, employment issues, visa/Registered Teacher/Permitted Teacher application, Performance Management, etc Answer enquiries from staff on HR issues in a timely manner Ensure compliance with ESF/school HR policies and practices Support Administration and Faculty departments General Requirements: High Diploma/Degree Holder in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent Solid understanding of Hong Kong employment law (and related regulations) Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, Google worksheets and other Microsoft applications Strong numeracy skills and basic accounting knowledge Application Process: Applicants have two options: Express your interest in this job category across all schools by clicking “Apply Now” below.
