General Overview As a finance administrator, you will be responsible for assisting the office team with administrative duties across a range of roles, maintaining data, ensuring all systems within your assigned role are up to date with relevant information, handling general day‑to‑day duties, and performing any other tasks assigned by your supervisor or manager. General Duties (may include but not limited to) Handle day‑to‑day accounts payables and payment processing, including petty cash accounting functions. Verify data and process purchase orders, invoices, claims and reimbursements in compliance with ESF policies and guidelines. Enter data into systems (e.g., Epicor, Gateway) and keep data updated, accurate and consistent. Maintain files, folders and records in good order. Answer and resolve queries in an active manner. Support in performing financial analysis. Perform any other duties as and when assigned by line managers. General Requirements Relevant experience in administrative / accounting roles. Competent PC skills, competent in MS Excel, MS Word and Google Docs/Sheets/Forms/Slides. Excellent interpersonal, communication and organisational skills. Ability to be flexible, prioritise workload, work independently and use initiative. A friendly manner in relation to staff and students is essential. Adaptable to changing situations and keen to learn new skills. Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage. Previous experience in a school would be an advantage.
