For more information, visit wppmedia.com Role Summary and Impact WPP Media Hong Kong is seeking a motivated and client-focused Manager, Clients to oversee a portfolio of client accounts. Reporting to the Director, Client Leadership, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your clients, leading media planning and execution, and ensuring operational excellence.This role provides an excellent opportunity to strengthen client-servicing skills, develop strategic and digital capabilities, and contribute to key market initiatives. You will be instrumental in building strong client relationships, guiding a team to deliver outstanding work, and contributing to the overall success and growth of our clients. Core Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with mid-level and senior client stakeholders, acting as a primary point of contact. Campaign Management & Operations: Oversee the day-to-day management and execution of media campaigns, ensuring operational excellence, smooth delivery, and timely reporting. Strategic Media Planning: Develop, execute, and present comprehensive media plans and strategies that align with client objectives, with a focus on integrated online and offline channels. Team Leadership & Development: Lead, guide, and mentor a team of associates, fostering a collaborative environment and elevating their operational and digital skillsets. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external business partners to ensure the seamless execution of media strategies and partnerships. Industry Knowledge: Stay current with the latest trends, technologies, and new media opportunities to provide innovative solutions to clients. Required Skills & Experience: Proven 5+ years of experience in the media industry, demonstrating comprehensive media planning and execution capabilities. Demonstrated experience in team management and leadership. Excellent client-servicing, communication, and presentation skills. Proficiency with media planning and analysis tools (e.g., consumer behavior studies, competitor analysis). Proactive and self-motivated, with strong strategic thinking and an innovative approach to problem-solving. Highly adaptable, sensitive to new media trends, and a quick learner open to new challenges. Fluency in English and Cantonese is highly preferred. Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
