Responsibilities Independently manage the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, and performance management. Serve as a strategic HR advisor to the management and business leaders, supporting the implementation of performance management systems, talent development programs, and succession planning. Establish and refine HR policies and procedures to support the company's sustainable growth and strategic goals. Design, implement, and continuously optimize a market-competitive compensation and benefits structure. Lead the statistical analysis of salary and performance data, and oversee the accurate and timely processing of payroll for Hong Kong and other regional jurisdictions. Manage the compliance and reporting for the MPF and other statutory benefits, ensuring full adherence to Hong Kong regulations. Conduct market benchmarking studies to develop annual salary review budgets and implementation plans. Talent Acquisition Lead end-to-end recruitment processes to meet business development needs, including sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding, ensuring timely fulfillment of critical positions. Employee Engagement & Compliance Plan and organize team-building activities to enhance employee engagement, foster a sense of belonging, and promote a positive employer brand. Ensure all HR policies and practices strictly comply with the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other relevant laws and regulations. Identify and manage potential employment risks, implementing robust compliance management mechanisms. Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an HR generalist/manager within a financial institution. Prior experience independently handling comprehensive HR operations in a corporate or start-up environment is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws, MPF regulations, and relevant employment compliance requirements. Proven ability to handle complex employee relations and legal matters. Hands-on experience in building and optimizing compensation & performance systems. Proficiency in manpower budgeting, salary data analysis, and market benchmarking studies. Proficient in MS Office Suite and HR Information Systems (HRIS), with strong data processing and reporting skills. Meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
