Job Description The SHRM is responsible for a full spectrum of HR activities, including but not limited to: General HR activities Oversee and manage essential HR operations, from onboarding to offboarding. Collaborate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and policies. Implement global HR initiatives and policies, including any necessary localization. Talent acquisition and development Collaborate with hiring managers to determine their hiring needs and assist in crafting job advertisements. Manage the complete recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding. Identify and assess training needs and implement learning and development programs for employees at all levels. HR operations and compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and ensure HR practices (such as MPF administration, tax filing) are compliant with regulations. Stay informed on relevant legislative updates and communicate them to stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance. Compensation and benefits Support the compensation and headcount planning process. Review and manage the staff compensation and benefits, including but not limited to remuneration, leave package, medical insurance, and other perks. Employee engagement and well-being Organize employee engagement activities and well-being programs. Help maintain an inclusive and positive workplace culture through regular team events. Requirements for the role University degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience in HR, preferably with an MNC. Strong technical HR Knowledge and business acumen. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with employees across all levels. Ability to approach challenges with flexibility and creative problem-solving skills. Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with effective communication skills both written and spoken.
