Key Responsibilities Reporting to the Account Director, the Account Manager is responsible for leading end‑to‑end sales in designated key accounts within the telecom sector. Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Create and execute sales strategies to achieve mid‑ and long‑term growth targets. Build Client Relationships: Foster strong partnerships with clients’ To‑B business departments, utilizing Huawei's solutions to drive their commercial success. Customer Needs Analysis: Assess customer needs and align them with Huawei's strategic goals to influence their business plans. Manage Key Accounts: Oversee key customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and supporting market expansion. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet sales, revenue, and market share objectives for assigned accounts. Identify Opportunities: Actively seek out sales opportunities and coordinate resources to secure projects. Risk Management: Effectively manage transactions, minimizing risks to achieve business objectives. Support Market Growth: Generate new sales opportunities and initiatives to enhance customer market share. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in key account management and vertical market sales within reputable telecom business or IT companies. Proven experience in managing key customers and leading teams is a plus. Successful experience in To‑B sales projects, with preference given to those who have taken key responsibilities such as PD (Project Director). In‑depth understanding of vertical market dynamics and key account sales practices. Conduct market research, analyze industry trends, and identify potential business opportunities. Develop and implement customer development strategies to drive sales goals. Demonstrated track record of past achievements, with a preference for accomplishments attained through team leadership. Solid market insight and business development capabilities with a team‑oriented mindset. Proficiency in both Chinese and English is required.
