Responsibilities: Daily operation of our own warehouse like inbound, outbound and stock record Follow up shipping arrangement with shipping agencies, co-ordinate sales order delivery to dealers/customers Ensure supply of products is timely and efficient Liaise with sales team/online shops on shipping and ordering related matters Handle customer enquiries, ordering, invoicing and customer service Follow up sales orders, invoices, packing list and delivery orders Responsible for inventory administration of products Keep accurate inventory in stock system as actual stock quantity and strictly follow company’s working instruction (need to sign and fully comply with company pre-set warehousing working procedures as per Appendix 1) Import and export customer clearance After sales service administration, answering customer enquiries and technical questions, follow up repair progress and report to customers Need to perform OT jobs as requested Need to support Add-hoc company projects (on-site or off-site) as requested 5.5 days work/ week Other tasks as required Requirements: F.5 or above 2 years’ or above warehouse managing or shipping experience in trading company is an advantage Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing Fair command of reading spoken and written of English & Chinese Good communication and interpersonal skills Hardworking, self-motivated, flexible, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented and well-organize Immediate available is (highly) preferred Fresh Graduate is welcomed, No experience candidate is treated as Junior, Unlock job insights AI Job match analysis Salary match Number of applicants Your application will include the following questions: How many years' experience do you have in the logistics, freight & delivery services industry?
