Supervisor, Logistics & Warehouse Operations - HK Join to apply for the Supervisor, Logistics & Warehouse Operations - HK role at Herbalife Overview The role is responsible for overseeing Warehouse & Logistics Operations in the market, working with 3PL Partners to ensure reliable and efficient distribution services to members. The primary focus is on Warehousing, Logistics, and Inventory Control. Warehouse Operations Remotely supervise 3PL Warehouse & Logistics Operations to consistently ensure KPIs are being met. Work with 3PL Partners to manage inventory storage and processing of Pickup/Home Deliveries at Warehouses & Access Points (3PL & self‑managed) with high service standards to the members. Ensure all Warehouse & Access Points locations (3PL & self‑managed) are compliant with local regulatory and company quality requirements, internal policies for storage, handling, and distribution of Herbalife products. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to troubleshoot, implement process improvements, resolve logistical issues, close audit findings (IA, SOX, Quality), and support execution of cross‑functional projects. Logistics / Transportation Operations Work with 3PL to ensure regular transportation requirements are met for the supply of Herbalife products to members and stock points, including special deliveries. Ensure timely clearance of overseas shipments through approved clearing agents and liaise with third‑party logistics providers to smooth order flow to distributors. Monitor undelivered/return shipments and work with Member Services on complaint resolution. Inventory Control Execute weekly cycle counts and annual physical counts for all inventory locations and sub‑inventories in the market per global/APAC physical count policy, verifying and documenting all count variances before posting adjustments in Oracle. Achieve inventory accuracy with proper controls at all Herbalife inventory storage locations. Conduct monthly reconciliation between Oracle and 3PL WMS for locations not fully managed by Oracle. Transaction Control Review Oracle transactions to ensure they are performed in line with global policy and SOP, reconciling on a weekly basis and establishing effective controls for 3PL‑managed Oracle transactions. Ensure all transactions are reconciled daily to maintain 100% match between Oracle and WMS. Ensure proper shelf life and expiry date (SLED) management and timely disposal of off‑shelf products to mitigate risk of shipping expired items to members. Other Responsibilities Work with GTS to troubleshoot issues with Oracle/interface impacting Warehouse KPIs. Support Herbalife events/promotions as required. Verify usage and 3PL billing accuracy before submission of payment requests. Supervisory Responsibilities Responsible for supervising 3PL Warehouse & Logistics Partners, suppliers, and related staff. Skills and Background Required to Be Successful 5–10 years’ experience in supply chain/distribution operations, with 2–3 years in a supervisory/management role. Strong leadership skills and the ability to function as an effective team member, interacting effectively with all levels and working well in a moderate stressful environment. Good communication skills in English (oral & written), presentation and reporting skills; bilingual as native speaker for the local market. Result‑oriented with the ability to carry out responsibilities with minimal supervision. Good time‑management, multi‑tasking, project‑management, analytical, planning and negotiation skills. Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills with the ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolve. Computer skills, including experience with inventory management systems and ERP software like Oracle is a preference; industry certification is a plus. Good understanding of local regulations impacting product storage and distribution. Innovation/solution‑driven for process improvement. Education Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business science, or logistics. Educational background in supply‑chain operations/logistics or relevant certification would be an advantage.
