Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor The Warehouse & Logistics Supervisor is responsible for managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics activities. The role ensures accurate inventory records and timely order fulfillment across all sales channels while maintaining cost‑effective delivery solutions. The position leads a small team and collaborates with other departments to support company growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records across all locations, conduct regular cycle counts and annual stocktakes, investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, work with teams to make accurate inventory forecasts, serve as the primary expert for the inventory management system, collaborate with IT and vendor for system improvements. Warehouse Operations: Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, and shipping; develop and implement warehouse procedures and safety protocols; optimize warehouse layout and space utilization; ensure compliance with health and safety regulations; oversee order processing for all channels (online, retail stores, B2B); ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders; monitor and improve order accuracy and fulfillment speed. Shipping & Logistics: Manage relationships with shipping carriers; negotiate shipping rates and service agreements; track shipments and resolve delivery issues; coordinate inbound and outbound logistics; work with sales & marketing teams to optimize inventory levels and reduce slow‑moving stock; coordinate with marketing team for timely delivery of POS materials; support new store openings, pop‑ups, and promotional events; assist with new business initiatives and special projects. Qualifications 3+ years experience in warehouse and logistics, preferably in retail, beauty, or consumer goods. Proficiency with inventory management systems. Knowledge of warehouse safety regulations. Experience managing carrier relationships and multi‑channel fulfillment. High emotional intelligence, strong communication skills, and a willingness to be hands‑on. Strong leadership and team management skills. Fluent in both English and Chinese (written and spoken).
