Finance Manager - Regional Entities Oversight (Hong Kong-Based) A leading global organization is seeking a seasoned Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of multiple entities across Asia, reporting into the Hong Kong office. This role partners closely with the Regional Finance Director and plays a critical role in driving financial integrity, operational efficiency, and strategic insight across the region. Key Responsibilities Finance & Accounting Operations Lead daily finance operations for entities across Hong Kong, Singapore, and South Korea. Ensure accuracy in financial reporting, compliance with internal controls, and adherence to local regulations. Optimize use of SAP or similar ERP systems to enhance reporting and operational efficiency. Manage annual audits and act as the primary liaison with external auditors. Tax & Treasury Oversee tax compliance and reporting in collaboration with external tax advisors. Develop and implement treasury strategies including cash flow planning and liquidity management. Support global tax initiatives and ensure alignment with corporate policies. FP&A and Strategic Support Drive budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business decisions. Deliver insights on financial performance and key business drivers. Build financial models to support both short‑term and long‑term planning. Business Partnering Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial goals with operational strategies. Provide financial guidance to senior leadership and stakeholders. Lead cost optimization and profitability improvement initiatives. Compliance & Risk Management Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with statutory requirements. Identify and mitigate financial risks across the region. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA/ACCA/ACA required. MBA is a plus. Minimum 8 years of experience in finance operations, preferably with exposure to regional entities. Prior experience in a Big 4 firm or multinational corporation is highly desirable. Strong command of SAP S4HANA or similar ERP systems. Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus. Key Attributes Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
