You are humble and prioritize the success of the team over your own with an eagerness to help those around you You don't shy away from challenges and have the ability to bounce back from setbacks What you’ll do and what success looks like in this role As the product lead to manage and drive the deposit portfolio, payment and card businesses, mainly focus on Deposit & Debit Card Own the pricing strategy for deposit and other card-related charges to ensure competitiveness and profitability Define overall product strategy and roadmap working closely with the Head of Deposits, Payment and Card. Drive initiatives to attract new customers and improve product adoption leveraging market insights, data analytics and emerging technologies if applicable Monitor key performance indicators as P&L owner and implement strategies to increase card usage, improve customer engagement and optimise deposit portfolio. Partner with Marketing team to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, acquisition and usage campaigns and lifecycle management. Manage and develop end-to-end process and workflow in order to improve customer experience Review and provide updates to the applicable procedure manual, terms and conditions, and any other materials for deposit product in order to comply with the regulatory requirements Coordinate and work with Technology, Customer & Growth, Legal & Compliance team in order to execute business plans, new product launches and campaigns Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, trends and recommendations to senior management and committees.
