Legal Consultant

We are currently seeking lawyers with PRC qualifications to join us and support our clients in Hong Kong: Ideally, a minimum of 3 years’ PQE advising on a wide spectrum of general corporate / commercial contracts gained either within private practice or in house Excellent Chinese language skills (written and spoken) Responsibilities Working side by side with the legal and business teams of our F500 clients to provide commercially tailored legal support Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and other agreements across various business lines Maintaining and updating documentation with most recent regulatory requirements Working with and advising internal and external stakeholders, as well as providing guidance and practical solutions for various corporate policies where required Compensation, Benefits & Location This role offers a range of competitive compensation and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits and paid time off.
