Regional Learning Manager (Leadership & Culture Transformation) People-centric MNC Terrific int’l career platform Job Duties Work in an organization with strong commitment to people and learning & development Drive leadership and core capabilities building in the regional and strategize to promote a self-directed and continuous learning and development culture in the organization Connect the dots between various HR processes and the L&D agenda Orchestrate the implementation of strategies in close partnership with global, regional, and local stakeholders Build effective communication and engagement plans on L&D topics and priorities Defined assessment mechanisms to track L&D cultural and behavioral change Promote and inspire the learning community with the latest learning tools and methodologies and best practices Requirements Subject matter expert in Learning, Talent Development, and cultural change Intellectual and social with passion in people and learning topics in the business world Innovative in exploring improvement opportunities and ability to co-create with multiple stakeholders Grounded with deliverables and meaning impact Deal with complexity and large scale projects and multiple countries Polished communications skills in English, written and spoken Immediate availability is highly preferred HR Administration HR Administration: Support the full spectrum of recruitment and HR operations services, including prepare documentations/employment contract, reference checks, offer extension, on-boarding logistics etc Payroll Administration: Manage end-to-end payroll processing, including leave administration and payroll calculation etc Support/Prepare reports and documentations related to tax filing, MPF contributions etc Nurturing Int’l Culture & Promising Career Recruitment & Talent Acquisition Report to Regional Head of HR Tasked with the mission to support APAC expansion across front to back office by collaborating with HRBP & line of businesses Accountable for accessing/independently interviewing experienced candidates (analyst to VP levels); managing end to end interview process and logistics Global Dynamic Management Consultancy Grp APAC Hire Regional HR Operations & Projects Regional HR Operations Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of HR professionals in APAC with over 150 employees Contribute to bi-annual performance management review that required consolidation of management reports and coordination with senior leaders & management across the region & headquarters to cater for the business objectives Accountable for managing regional HR operations by working closely with payroll vendors, insurance providers, local and COE HR specialists in headquarters Responsible for benefits, pension, annual leave administration and on/off boarding coordination that called for extensive liaison with internal staffing and talent acquisition professionals Resolve employees’ enquiries to ensure the fulfilment of HR policies & corporate governance Active participation of regional projects from change management, streamlining process in alignment of regional/global initiatives Excellent Job Security & Good Working Hours Payroll and C&B Operations Global Industry Leader in Logistics Greater China COE Responsibilities As part of the COE within the Greater China region, the successful job holder will be accountable for In charge of payroll (including OT & shift allowances), pension and taxation for over 250 employees Oversight benefits administration and attendance records Ensure the fulfilment of HK Labour ordinance and corporate governance Recruitment & HR Generalist for North Asia Hub International Bank with 500+ employees in APAC Excellent Job Security & All Rounded HRBP Expo Final HR Support & Operations Report to the Regional Head of HR and partner with a small team of 4 HR professionals in HK & SGP Accountable for end to end talent acquisition by working directly with hiring managers from FTB offices from understanding the requirements; interviewing candidates to providing recommendation to cater for business requirements; on-boarding to background screening Facilitate HRBP function that calls for collaboration with senior leaders and business management to address HR challenges including workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, staff engagement to compensation review #J-18808-Ljbffr
