About the role SBS International Development Limited is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Key Account Executive/Sales Executive to join our team. This is a full-time position based in Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong District. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key accounts, driving sales growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. What you'll be doing Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, understanding their needs and requirements. Present and promote products tailored to client needs. Develop and implement sales strategies for upselling and cross‑selling to existing clients. Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure smooth production and shipment processes. Regularly report on account performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth. Attend trade fairs and marketing events to stay informed on market developments. Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as required by management. What we're looking for Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 2–3 years of sales or account management experience in the apparel, garment or garment trims industry (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients. Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on delivering win‑win outcomes. Proactive, adaptable and customer‑centric approach to achieving sales targets. Strong analytical skills and detail‑minded to interpret data and identify opportunities for growth. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with CRM systems (plus). Willingness to travel as needed. Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position.
