IT Technical Operations Specialist / Senior IT Technical Operations Specialist Responsible for providing EUC day-to-day support, inclusive of Windows, Linux, Office IT systems, PC hardware/software/connectivity. Role as administrator and provide technical support to Active Directory, M365, D365, Veeam, Virtualization and other Cloud applications. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software systems. Support network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless access points, and firewalls. Liaise with vendors for software/hardware updates, maintenance or repair. Develop, maintain and update internal documentation, end‑user knowledge bases, training materials and IT inventory. Provide proactive maintenance and support to minimize downtime and improve system performance. Collaborate and work closely with other teams and stakeholders to provide timely and effective solutions. Prepare and manage yearly budget proposal. Perform ad hoc assignments and responsibilities requested by supervisor. Job Requirements: Diploma holder or above in IT, computer science or a related field. Minimum 8 years’ hands‑on experience in IT end‑user support. Skills in troubleshooting via remote (ticketing, phone, email and in person). Able to work independently, willingness to learn and listen. Excellent problem‑solving skill in resolving technical issues. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese, English, and Mandarin is an advantage. Immediate availability is highly preferred.
