What awaits you … Support full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment, payroll, MPF calculation, HK taxation, performance evaluation, employee compensation & insurance administration and all personal data & correspondence. Support daily office administration including office supplies inventory control and budgeting, maintenance of office equipment and supplies, manage incoming and outgoing mails and courier services, organise company's social events and activities, assist in flight and accommodation booking, company’s property license renewal, etc. Work closely with Director of Human Resources and assist in formulating and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures. Ensure all approved HR policies, procedures and any relevant documents are updated, saved and stored in company’s system and be available for staff easy reference at any time. Manage Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) to ensure employee information and details are completed and up-to-dated. Handle full spectrum of monthly payroll calculation and get approved by Director of Human Resources for payment process. Partner with Finance to ensure payment and deductions are correctly handled. Prepare tax filing form and submit to Hong Kong Island Revenue Department in a timely manner. Assist in recruitment process including job posting, candidate interview arrangement and preparation of employment contract. Assist in freelancer hiring process including preparation of freelancer agreement, onboarding and offboarding arrangement. Coordinate and manage onboarding and offboarding activities to ensure a positive experience for new joiners and leavers. Act as the contact point for employee compensation & different insurance policies. Assist in the renewal and termination of staff medical insurance plans and other employee insurance policies. Recommend employee relations practices necessary to establish a positive employer-employee relationship and maintain a high level of employee morale and motivation. Assist in annual performance review by working with managers on completion of performance appraisals and probation reviews. Coordinate and facilitate internal and external trainings and workshops if required. What you should bring with you … Degree in Human Resource Management or related disciplines. Minimum 5 - 7 years’ relevant experience in small & medium size office within marketing industry or international corporates will be a bonus. Sound knowledge of Hong Kong employment ordinance and labour legislation, compensation and benefits, employee relations, safety and training. Experience in HRIS & ERP system including system automation and migration. Outspoken with common sense, positive motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. Problem solver who thrives when facing challenges. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision under work pressure and tight deadlines. Strong sense of responsibility and good work ethic to increase productivity and workplace culture. Excellent leadership, time management and organisational skills ensure work productivity improve. Analytical with excellent data mining ability and record keeping. Being thorough and pay attention to detail. Openness to feedback and willingness to receive constructive criticism to drive employee growth and organisational success. Strong practice of high level of confidentiality is a must. Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel and PowerPoint.
