Our client is seeking a Marketing Director to join their team Are you a seasoned marketing professional with a passion for luxury products and a knack for strategic thinking? Our client is looking for a dynamic Marketing Director to lead their marketing efforts and drive brand growth. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the marketing strategy and public relations for a prestigious brand. What you'll be doing? Marketing Strategy: Set and lead the marketing strategy, executing programs across various channels including digital and traditional media. Public Relations: Manage and monitor marketing programs, providing feedback to top management and ensuring effective resource deployment. Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing channels, including website management, e-shop updates, and digital marketing campaigns. Customer Engagement: Develop and implement VIP programs, manage customer databases, and enhance customer lifecycle activities. Team Leadership: Supervise the marketing department, recruit and appraise staff, and ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives. Brand Positioning: Define and implement strategies to strengthen the brand image, consulting on new product designs and image-related issues. Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing department budget to achieve business objectives. Internal Controls: Ensure effective internal controls are in place, safeguarding company assets and completing annual assessments. Event Management: Manage multi-disciplinary teams and direct projects from concept to completion. Special Projects: Execute special projects as directed by the CEO. Who are they looking for? Experience: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably with experience in luxury products. Skills: Strategic thinking, strong online and offline marketing execution, project management skills, and good command of English and Chinese.
