We are seeking a dynamic HR System Efficiency Manager to lead the optimization of our HR systems. This pivotal role focuses on improving data accuracy, streamlining processes, and leveraging technology to enhance organizational performance across the APAC region. The ideal candidate will drive digital transformation initiatives, ensuring our HR operations not only meet current needs but also position us for future growth and efficiency. Job Duties Lead the implementation of the HR system, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency and driving digital transformation across the APAC region, including Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, and Tokyo. Manage HR system implementation projects by identifying critical application scenarios, formulating solutions and implementation plans, and guiding the team to ensure successful project initiation and delivery. Act as the primary contact for planning recommendations on operational efficiency enhancements for mid-level and senior management. Develop and maintain HR analytics reports for senior management, leading data quality improvement initiatives to resolve inconsistencies and enhance reporting accuracy and reliability. Coordinate with stakeholders for requirements gathering, project planning, scheduling, workflow implementation, and production launches. Capture business requirements and convert them into technical specifications. Stay updated on new technologies, HR trends, and market developments to continuously improve the implementation approach and contribute as a thought leader within the company and the industry. Enhance internal system efficiency by training staff on best practices and LARK usage, providing user support, and troubleshooting system issues. Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 8+ years of experience in HRIS management and business analysis, specifically in system implementation or transformation projects; experience with LARK is highly preferred. Strong proficiency in HR systems administration and enhancement projects. Excellent research and analytical abilities, with strong judgment and creative problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal and external teams. Self-motivated, a good team player, and capable of influencing others, with proficiency in technical documentation and reporting. Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese). We offer attractive remuneration package and excellent career development to the right candidate.
