Job Summary The HR Executive plays a key role in supporting daily human resources and administrative operations to ensure smooth and efficient office management. This position works closely with HR and business teams to deliver timely HR support, maintain accurate records, and contribute to a positive employee experience in a fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee records management, and HR documentation. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data in HR systems and personnel files. Support recruitment activities such as interview coordination, offer documentation, and onboarding arrangements. Assist in the administration of employee benefits, leave management, and attendance tracking. Support employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, and internal communications. Handle general office administration, including office supplies management, vendor coordination, and facilities support. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-3 years of relevant HR experience, with a basic understanding of Hong Kong labour laws and HR practices. Strong organisational and time‑management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin, to liaise with international stakeholders.
