Senior Human Resources Executive (Contract) We are currently recruiting a Senior Executive within our HR department. This role will be on a contract basis for 3-4 days a week. What you will do: Assist in monthly payroll, MPF, tax returns and employee benefits enrollment and termination procedures for all staff in Hong Kong and Macau. Support in HR Operations (Employment agreements, system data entry, onboarding, offboarding etc.) Support end-to-end Frontline/Retail recruitment cycle promptly, such as identifying recruitment needs, preparing job description, sourcing talent via appropriate channels, arranging interviews and offer proposals. Ensure all HR activities are compliant with all legal requirements. Support ad‑hoc HR programs and Employee Relations to meet the corporate CSR principles. What we are looking for: Diploma or Degree in HR Management. 3+ years of experience in Human Resources Operations, preferably from Retail, Hospitality or related industry. Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint; IPL will be a plus. Excellent communication skills in English & Cantonese, outgoing and easy to connect.
