Associate Director, Payment Product Management Add expected salary to your profile for insights Develop best‑in‑class payment and debit card product proposition. Lead new product development, enhancement of existing products/features and product management for payments in line with the overall group retail deposit products & segment strategy. Lead business requirements for system migration, development & implementation. Monetize capabilities and develop analytics to track performance. Responsible for program management of the Payment Tribe, including adherence to the Agile framework. Ensure appropriate testing is conducted to meet functional, performance and resilience requirement and releases are smooth to customers. Ensure compliance of the various projects under Payment platform Tribe’s program management processes governance and standard, and be the point person for any information related to the projects under the program. Key Responsibilities Strategy To build best‑in‑class payment and card products. Processes Work closely with internal parties, including Digital, Technology, operation and segment to monitor the end‑to‑end process and improve customer satisfaction on product and service quality. Effectively identify, elevate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters. Risk Management Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and corporate policies. Governance Contribute to a culture in which all stakeholders feel safe to raise concerns and where risk and compliance matters are addressed and misconduct appropriately dealt with. Regulatory & Business Conduct Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct. Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. Effectively and collaboratively identify, elevate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters. Key stakeholders Digital / Operation / Risk stewards / Segment teams Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or Information System. 8 years of relevant experience in Banking, preferred in Payment or Card product. Possess project and change management experience (highly preferred). Role Specific Technical Competencies Customer/Market Focus – Understanding of the importance of remaining aware of shifting market priorities and ability to respond to internal and external customer needs in a manner that consistently adds value. Product Development Strategy – Knowledge of the principles and practices for designing product development strategy; ability to design and implement a product development strategy within the organization. Regulatory Environment – Financial Services – Knowledge of and ability to help an organization adapt to applicable federal, state, local, and company‑specific regulations, policies, and guidelines affecting business practices. Banking Products and Services Development – Knowledge of and ability to develop banking products and services to meet the transaction needs of customers.
