Associate Director, Payment Product Management

Associate Director, Payment Product Management Join us to apply for the Associate Director, Payment Product Management role at Standard Chartered. Key Responsibilities Develop best‑in‑class payment and debit card product proposition. Lead new product development, enhancement of existing products/features and product management for payments in line with the overall group retail deposit products and segment strategy. Lead business requirements for system migration, development and implementation. Monetize capabilities and develop analytics to track performance. Responsible for program management of the Payment Tribe, including adherence to the Agile framework. Ensure appropriate testing is conducted to meet functional, performance and resilience requirements and releases are smooth to customers. Ensure compliance of the various projects under Payment platform Tribe’s program management processes governance and standard, and be the point person for information related to the projects under the program. Work closely with internal parties, including Digital, Technology, Operation and Segment to monitor the end‑to‑end process and improve customer satisfaction on product and service quality. Effectively identify, elevate, mitigate and resolve risk and compliance matters. Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations and corporate policies. Contribute to a culture in which all stakeholders feel safe to raise concerns and where risk and compliance matters are addressed and misconduct appropriately dealt with. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree preferred in Business or Information Systems. 8 years of relevant experience in Banking, preferred in Payments or Card product. Project and change‑management experience highly preferred. Skills and Competencies Customer/Market Focus – Ability to respond to shifting market priorities and internal and external customer needs. Product Development Strategy – Ability to design and implement product development strategy within the organization. Regulatory Environment – Knowledge of and ability to adapt to applicable regulations, guidelines and corporate policies. Banking Product and Services Development – Ability to develop banking products and services to meet transaction needs.
