Product Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Product Support Specialist to join our Product Management team in Hong Kong HQ. This role serves as a crucial link between our customers, sales team, and product development team, providing expert technical support, coordinating new product samples, and conducting valuable market analysis. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with strong communication and organizational skills, eager to contribute to the entire product lifecycle. Job Responsibilities Customer and Technical Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for customer technical inquiries (CS technical supports), diagnosing problems, guiding internal staff through solutions, and escalating complex issues to the engineering team when necessary. Product Demonstration: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations for internal teams, potential clients, and stakeholders, effectively showcasing product features and benefits. New Product Preparation: Coordinate and assist in the arrangement of new product samples and prototypes, ensuring they are ready for internal review or presentation. Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, assess the competitive landscape, and gather insights that inform product strategy and positioning. Data Management and Reporting: Perform simple data entry and maintain accurate product records and support documentation using CRM and support software. Ad Hoc Project Support: Provide flexible support for various ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives within the product, marketing, and sales departments, adapting to changing business needs. Job Requirements Proven experience in a customer support, technical support, or product-related role. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and troubleshoot product functionalities and technical concepts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic approach to customer interactions. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data to provide actionable insights. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with ERP system is a plus. A proactive mindset, a passion for technology such as mobile phone accessories and 3C products, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
