Product Specialist

We are seeking a motivated Product Specialist to support and grow our GSI accounts. This role is ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of Sales or Product management experience in cloud, network, or security product lines, who are looking to transition into a client‑facing, account management role. You will work closely with senior account managers to develop product knowledge, manage smaller GSI accounts, and ensure operational excellence. Responsibilities Undergo trainings and certifications assigned by department (10%) Support the Primary or National Account Manager for liaising with key accounts (40%) Work on individual contribution through GSI smaller accounts (30%) Operational excellence – pipeline management, forecasting & inventory management. Execution – credit management, order processing, AR collections (20%) Knowledge, Skills And Experience Bachelor's Degree with a graduate field of study required. Minimum 2 years of sales, product management experience in cloud, network, or security product lines. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and enterprise solutions. Good communication and presentation skills in English. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality. Ability to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results. Possesses strong multi‑cultural interpersonal skills. Able to quickly learn new systems and technology.
