We are seeking a Product Specialist to boost demand for our pharmaceutical and oral care products to specialists and dentists in hospitals and clinics. You will implement territory plans, engage with healthcare professionals, and transform market insights into actionable strategies that increase sales, expand product listings, and enhance professional recommendations in close collaboration with the sales team. Key Roles and Responsibilities Sales promotion and implementation of sales activities in ethical channel, including healthcare professionals, hospitals & medical groups Develop action plans and strategies to achieve sales target of assigned products & territories Leverage HCP & consumer insight & data to formulate and execute product marketing strategy for the assigned product portfolio Identify the key stockholders and work close with medical societies, stretch and shape the target HCPs to cascade science and increase professional recommendations Prepare regular sales reports for management review Collect market intelligence on market trend and competitors Explore new business opportunities Work closely with all internal parties to achieve overall business objectives of the brand Qualifications and Experience Bachelor degree in Pharmaceutical / Science / Marketing / Business Management or related disciplines 2 years or above sales experience for medical / pharmaceutical products Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Independent and able to work under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power-point and Word Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Aggressive, self-motivated, result-oriented and strong emphasis on team work Why Join Us Opportunity to work with a leading pharmaceutical group in Hong Kong.
