About the Company WHARF REIC (Stock Code: 1997) owns and manages the Group’s prestigious investment properties in Hong Kong and Mainland China, covering an aggregate of over 30 million square feet. In Hong Kong, landmark properties include Harbour City and Times Square, while in Mainland China the International Finance Square and Times Square Series. Responsibilities Undergo placements in investment properties in HK and Mainland covering retail and office leasing, marketing, centre operations, and tenant services. Participate in rotation opportunities for a holistic perspective of the Company’s business, with development toward management positions upon completion of the programme. Support senior management in the preparation of business proposals and reports. Qualifications Bachelor degree holder or above in related disciplines. 3-5 years’ working experience in retail & office leasing/ omni-channel marketing strategy and campaigns gained in sizable/reputable organizations. Experience in supporting senior management in preparation of business proposals/reports is an added advantage. Strong interest in developing a career in the property / asset management industry. Resourceful, positive thinking, self‑motivated, versatile, innovative, highly analytical, organized and a good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Demonstrated strong leadership skills with sound business acumen. High proficiency in both spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua.
