Successful candidate will join us as part of the digital transformation for the Legal Department function. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform optimization strategies. The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. Responsibilities Collect, organize, and analyze large datasets related to legal operations. Apply machine‑learning algorithms, such as regression, classification, clustering, and deep learning, to identify patterns and trends in supply chain data. Develop and maintain data visualizations, such as dashboards, reports, and charts, to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Develop and maintain automated workflows, integrations with various legal and compliance vendor systems (e.g. Lexis‑Nexis, Thomson Reuters, matter management systems vendors) as well as existing sales and supply chain systems (e.g. Salesforce, etc). Develop and maintain agentic systems to digitize legal, compliance, and investigatory function workflows. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including legal function members, managers, data scientists, and IT professionals, to identify business needs and develop data‑driven solutions, to deploy systems. Conduct statistical analysis and hypothesis testing to validate findings and recommendations. Stay up‑to‑date with emerging trends and technologies in legal tech and data analysis, and apply them to work to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements Preferred Degree in Business, Economics, Data Sciences, Project Management. Bachelors/Certification in Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related field. Experience in data analysis, machine learning, or a related field. Strong foundation in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL. Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI. Familiarity with cloud‑based AI platforms and tools such as Azure or AWS. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Familiarity with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. #J-18808-Ljbffr
