This role is ideal for a driven professional looking to take the next step in their career, with a focus on executing valuation assignments, developing client relationships, and supporting business development initiatives. This role could be based in either Hong Kong or China.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesExecute and oversee valuation assignments, feasibility studies, and consulting projects with a focus on accuracy and quality Support the development of Colliers’ valuation services and contribute to fee generation Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and stakeholders Supervise junior team members and contribute to team development Manage client communication and engagement throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with senior management on project planning and execution Contributes to the enhancement of internal processes and best practices Promote cross-functional services within Colliers Frequent travel between Hong Kong-China will be required QualificationsUniversity degree holder, program related to real estate CIREA qualification is required Member of RICS (Valuation) and/or HKIS (GP Division) with 6–10 years of post-qualification experience would be preferred Strong industry network in Hong Kong/China Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written) Detail-oriented with strong report writing and analytical skills Committed to mentoring and developing junior staff Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Additional InformationWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.
