Perform valuation including business valuations, intangible asset valuations, and purchase price allocations for financial reporting purposes under HKFRS and IFRS, and M&A purposes for listed and Pre-IPO companies. Conduct research, financial analysis, evaluation activities, fixed income data and discount rate calculation. Conduct financial models including Black-Scholes, Monte-Carlo and Binomial models for the Financial Instrument team and Discounted Cashflow and Equity Allocation models for the Business Valuation team. Conduct research and collect data for valuations on business, intangible assets, natural resources, and financial instruments. Communicate with clients (CEO, CFO and Board of Directors) and other professional parties such as Sponsors, SFC licensees, Auditors and Lawyers. Participate in inbound/outbound due diligence works in HK, the PRC and overseas. Who Is Our Right Fit? Degree holder in accounting, finance or related disciplines; Experience in Business Valuation and Financial Instruments is preferred; CFA candidates would be advantageous; Proficient in English and Mandarin; Less experience may be considered as an analyst.
