ASSISTANT MANAGER / ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – INVESTMENT CEO OFFICE Central, Hong Kong Responsibilities Secure agency appointments for real estate properties and identify potential purchasers Prepare compelling pitch books and investment analysis proposals, forecast market trends, competitive positioning and financial insights Offer expert advice on land matters, including development potentials, zoning regulations, and valuation for land parcels, single lots, and large-scale property sites Conduct in-depth property market research, feasibility studies, and financial modeling to evaluate risks and opportunities Schedule property viewings, participate in sole agency projects and provide value-added services to our top-tier clients Requirements Holder of a Bachelor Degree and a valid EAA Licence Minimum 2-4 years of experience in real estate industry, preferably in high-value residential sales transactions and strategic investment projects Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality Excellent communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools We offer attractive remuneration packages and excellent prospects for the right candidate.
