Manager or Senior Manager Conference Programme Manager (Contract) We are working with a well‑known corporation that is looking for someone to spearhead its content strategy and speaker coordination for its flagship events. This role involves developing a compelling conference program in partnership with external consultants, managing high‑profile speaker relations, and ensuring the seamless execution of all event elements. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design a coherent, thematically aligned conference agenda, including main panels and fellowship sessions. Oversee the entire speaker engagement process, from initial outreach and briefings to on‑site management, ensuring speakers are well‑prepared and aligned with session goals. Serve as the primary liaison with executives, international speakers, and stakeholders, managing communication and logistics. Develop bilingual content, including speaker notes, social media posts, and marketing collateral. Provide strategic input on logistical, operational, and risk management aspects related to speakers and program delivery, including hospitality and session coordination. Requirements Proven experience (5‑10 years) in event or conference management. People with lesser experience may be considered for a junior role. Strong track record in program development, speaker liaison, and stakeholder engagement. Event management experience is a huge plus. Excellent bilingual communication skills in English and Cantonese, with outstanding organisational, interpersonal, and project management capabilities.
