Add expected salary to your profile for insights Forest Hills Lab (FHL) is a regenerative medicine company, founded in 2017 and focused on neurodegenerative disorders in clinical trials and medical devices for aesthetic treatment. It comprised of Therapeutics and Aesthetics divisions. FHL’s Therapeutics division is engaged in therapeutic drug development for highly unmet medical conditions in the neurodegenerative disease areas, such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s disease. FHL’s Aesthetics division distributes anti‑aging cosmeceutical products along with its Korean manufacturing facilities, ranging across injectable dermal HA fillers, PN fillers, Meso‑serum, and medical devices. FHL is controlled by a healthcare incubation platform, Mstone Partners which also owns other synergistic portfolio companies, including Doctor Kudos Lab, an AI‑powered app developer for global healthcare services sectors as well as a number of drug development companies engaged in research and clinical trials with the US FDA. Purpose of the job: Within the Aesthetics division, and in close collaboration with HQ leadership team, this position is responsible for developing the new integrated marketing strategy and leading the execution of marketing and brand communication campaigns that will grow brand awareness and brand preference, to drive business result in global markets (China, South America, South East Asia, Europe, Middle East). Main responsibilities: Redefine and formulate the brand strategy, blueprint and value proposition. Lead, direct and deliver all marketing programs and activities to meet business objectives in full alignment senior leaders. Articulate a full funnel marketing strategy that improves awareness, engagement and conversion of FHL customers globally through creation of compelling value propositions which differentiate from competitors. Develop communication plans across the product life cycle and implement communication and engagement campaigns (including social media, fairs exhibitions, etc), across the marketing mix ensuring timely delivery via KPIs. Evaluate success of marketing campaigns, and drive learnings to improve future operational efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, doctors’ and patients’ behaviors, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities. Develop a deep understanding of the patient journey, identifying appropriate opportunities based on potential pain points and deep insights. Digital & Brand Communications Drive digital transformation within Marketing capacity to enhance connections with doctors and patients by evaluating effectiveness of the digital strategy and leveraging on digital platforms. Lead the local teams to improve brand visibility including digital and social channels (organic and paid); increase brand interests through the influencer channel, in a modern and innovative way, to new and existing audiences, improving social media performance. Research, locate and engage potential influencers across all channels, provide guidance to local teams to collaborate with them to develop original content on behalf of the brand. Serve as the company’s media spokesperson; identify and lead preparation including all briefing materials for interviews/speaking opportunities. Customer Marketing Develop and present key events, fairs and exhibition and activation strategy and planning. Take care of distributors in key markets, in close collaboration with the Area Manager. Develop training material and plans to doctors. Be the face and voice of the company in professional events and congresses. Strategic Partnerships Drive strategic partnerships with key customers and potential prospects by fostering and nurturing relationships, leveraging brand assets, securing earned and paid marketing opportunities to increase sales. Build strong collaboration and alignment with internal and external key stakeholders (clinics and healthcare media/press, thought leaders, as well as influencers and bloggers) to ensure brand strategy aligns with overall vision and business objectives. Budget Develop and manage the global marketing budget. Ensure optimization of approved budgets to maximize ROI and brand awareness grow in key markets. Required skills and qualifications: Bachelor Degree or above in life sciences or marketing/communications is required. At least 8 years of relevant experiences in medical devices, healthcare, aesthetics or cosmetics. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe suite. Highly motivated, self‑starting individual & strategic thinker. Solid strategic skills, pragmatic approach and execution‑focused that drive results. Must be hands on and enjoy working in a creative and entrepreneurial structure. Must be very curious, innovative, and out of the box thinking. Digital native, knowledgeable in social media and well versed into AI and new technologies. Strong interpersonal and English communications skills (verbal and written) with very good presentation skills.
