This role is pivotal in delivering top‑notch service and ensuring our guests feel valued and cared for. Key Responsibilities Provide attentive and personalized service to guests, ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Assist in supervising staff and coordinating dining room activities. Train and mentor new team members on service standards and protocols. Collaborate with the kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth operations. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and grace. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fine dining environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment and under pressure. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional service. Basic knowledge of food and beverage, with a willingness to learn more.
