Leading Nation, the parent company, operates award‑winning concepts such as The Diplomat, Cristal Room by Anne‑Sophie Pic, and WAGYUMAFIA, with a focus on collaboration with talented F&B professionals and landowners. Key Responsibilities Deliver first‑class guest services to members, VIPs and the public. Handle guests’ reservations and enquiries in a professional manner. Build and maintain solid and genuine relationships with regulars, VIPs or potential VIPs through recognition. Ensure guest satisfaction by providing an excellent standard of services in a competent and professional manner. Liaise with the restaurant manager and necessary internal parties to ensure excellent service delivery. Assist in event planning and coordination, ensuring all logistical details are managed. Deal with ad‑hoc duties as assigned. Qualifications Degree or diploma in food and beverage, hotel or hospitality management or related disciplines preferred. 1‑5 years of relevant experience in a top‑tier hotel / club / lounge (top‑tier restaurant or hotel experience is a definite advantage). 1‑2 years of event experience is a must. Service‑oriented, self‑motivated and a good team player, with a strong sense of responsibility. Good interpersonal and communication skills with a positive attitude. Fluent proficiency in spoken English and Chinese. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Services Officer. Benefits Annual leave & statutory holidays.
