Senior Experience Designer We are looking for a Senior Experience Designer to join our growing team of designers in APAC, Hong Kong studio. This is primarily a client‑facing role that requires strong communication, independence, and leadership skills. You will be working closely with our client’s regional design team and play a key role in design system governance and adoption across multiple markets. Primary Skills Client Facing And Stakeholder Management End‑To‑End Project Execution Responsibilities Support enterprise product owners and engineering teams to shape the experience of digital platforms while adhering to established design systems and guidelines. Work closely with the regional design team leads to align and manage design requirements across multiple markets. Conceptualize and execute design solutions with limited oversight and see them through to project completion. Produce high‑quality deliverables with strong attention to detail. Facilitate, align, and communicate where necessary while managing expectations of stakeholders and team members. Requirements Have a minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience working as a product designer (good to have: experience in financial services, insurance or related domains). Have strong proficiency and comprehensive knowledge of industry‑standard design and prototyping tools, design process, and methodologies. Be familiar with designing for multiple screens, devices, and environments. Have deep knowledge and passion in the setting up, usage, and governance of design systems within enterprise environments.
