About the role We are seeking a talented Designer or Senior Designer to join our dynamic team at Branding Records Limited. As a key member of our design department, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity and brand experience of our diverse range of clients. This is a full‑time position based in our Sheung Wan office in Central and Western District. Responsibilities Collaborate with the creative director and project managers to conceptualise and deliver visually stunning design solutions for branding, marketing, and advertising projects. Produce high‑quality design work across a variety of mediums including print, digital, and multimedia. Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints. Participate in client meetings, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback to refine the final deliverables. Stay up‑to‑date with the latest design trends, techniques, and industry best practices. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to help them develop their skills and grow within the team. Qualifications A minimum of 3‑5 years of experience (or 5‑8 years for a Senior Designer role) in a similar graphic design or branding position. A strong portfolio showcasing design expertise and versatility across various projects and mediums. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software (familiarity in web design and motion graphics / video editing software are a plus). Hands‑on experience with AI design tools and platforms (Midjourney, OpenArt, Runway, etc.) is required, along with an interest in new and emerging AI‑driven creative solutions. Excellent visual design skills, with a keen eye for typography, layout, and colour. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams. Resourceful problem‑solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. A passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and improve your craft.
