This is a 3-month contract role. Applicants must have work rights in Hong Kong and be proficient in Cantonese/Mandarin. Strong experience in Figma and Rapid Prototyping within finance/insurance industry is an advantage. Our client, a leading global insurer, is seeking a highly skilled UX/UI Designer to support an ongoing MPF digital tools enhancement programme. This designer must be able to work at speed, produce high-quality prototypes, and collaborate tightly with product, business, and technical teams to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences. Key Responsibilities UX & UI Design Execution Lead end-to-end UX/UI design for MPF digital tools, from user flows to high-fidelity mockups. Rapidly prototype experiences using Figma, enabling fast stakeholder reviews and feedback cycles. Translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centric design solutions. Create screens, wireframes, journey flows, interaction patterns, and design systems as needed. Stakeholder Collaboration & Alignment Work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Data & Analytics teams, and Marketing. Participate in requirement discussions, offering UX/UI perspective to ensure feasibility and alignment. Present designs to stakeholders and refine based on feedback. Design Governance & Standards Maintain consistency across digital assets by ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and UX standards. Document design specifications and handoff materials for developers. Ensure smooth developer collaboration by providing clear assets, annotations, and interaction rules. User-Centric Problem Solving Identify usability gaps and propose actionable solutions. Conduct rapid testing cycles if needed (e.g., quick internal validation), although formal research is not mandatory. Ideal Profile Must-Haves: Strong ability to convert business requirements into polished UX/UI outputs quickly. Demonstrated productivity and speed — able to deliver high-quality work under tight timelines. Ability to work on-site in Hong Kong for effective collaboration. Cantonese or Mandarin proficiency (preferred for stakeholder discussions). Strong communication skills to explain design choices. Nice-to-Haves Prior experience in financial services, ideally insurance/MPF/digital product journeys. Experience working in cross-functional agile/digital teams. Familiarity with usability principles, customer journey design, and CX thinking.
