What you will do Manage, interview, train, schedule and evaluate the staff of the Housekeeping and Laundry Departments; conduct performance reviews; handle discipline when needed. Establish detailed cleaning and preventive maintenance programs; maintain high cleanliness standards; assign staff to tasks; monitor activities; perform daily inspections; coordinate with external contractors to assure quality and timeliness. Resolve customer complaints and handle guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism; coordinate housekeeping for condominium or co‑op owners; manage communication via phone or in person. Ensure departmental financial goals are met; monitor labor and operating expenses; control costs for uniforms, linens, supplies, and cleaning materials; maintain accurate inventory records; participate in periodic inventories; prepare annual labor and operating budgets; propose items for the capital plan. Collaborate with other departments to develop emergency response plans; train housekeeping staff in procedures and effective response. What you bring 8+ years of housekeeping management experience in a top‑tier luxury business hotel. Excellent communication and language skills.
