Job Responsibilities Front Desk Operations: Oversee all general receptionist duties, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations. Visitor Hospitality: Greet and assist visitors professionally; manage incoming calls, emails, and door access while delivering exceptional customer service. Mail & Parcel Management: Handle all incoming and outgoing mail and parcels, including accurate distribution within the office. Meeting & Conference Support: Monitor and manage the conference room booking system; provide logistical support such as video conferencing set‑up, refreshment arrangements, and maintaining facility tidiness. Office Cleanliness Oversight: Regularly check office cleanliness and coordinate with cleaning staff to uphold a neat and organized environment. Maintenance Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely office maintenance and repairs. Administrative Assistance: Support general administrative tasks, including document filing and updates, billing, IT coordination, procurement, and management of office equipment, stationery, and supplies. Event & Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing company events and meetings, ensuring seamless execution. Manage Staff Attendance: Maintain and manage staff attendance records and oversee the attendance system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. Public Relations: Manage and update the company’s LinkedIn profile to strengthen networking with stakeholders and relevant parties. Ad Hoc Duties: Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned. Job Requirements Diploma holder in Business Administration or relevant subjects. Good communication ability in both Cantonese and English required. Good interpersonal relationship, time management and problem‑solving skills required. Self‑motivated, ability to work in a team and attention to details. Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. #J-18808-Ljbffr
