Support the Department Head with HR and administrative duties. Provide reception services, including answering general calls and inquiries, and greeting visitors. Handle and oversee full spectrum of office administration, including but not limited to office procurement, logistics arrangements, office maintenance, and stock management. Manage employee leave requests, attendance reports, and HR inquiries. Assist with any ad hoc assignments as needed. What We're Looking For Higher Diploma or above in any discipline; At least 2-year full‑time working experience in operations / CS / office admin; Proficiency in PC knowledge including MS Office; Good interpersonal skills, self‑motivated, detail‑minded, well organized and responsible; Immediate availability is highly preferred.
